1. The Core Principle
Your Data Stays on Your Infrastructure.
VantageView is designed as an on-premise/self-hosted solution. Unlike cloud SaaS products, we do not host, store, or process your financial data on our servers. The VantageView application runs entirely within your environment (your servers, your private cloud, or your local machines).
2. What We Collect (And What We Don't)
We DO NOT Collect
- • Your ERP transaction data
- • Your customer lists or vendor details
- • Your financial statements or margins
- • Your database connection strings
We MAY Collect
- • License activation status (Active/Inactive)
- • Software version number (for updates)
- • Anonymized crash logs (only if opted-in)
- • Billing contact information (for invoices)
3. Cortex AI & Privacy
Cortex AI, our query engine, relies on deterministic logic processing that occurs locally.
- We do not send your prompt data to OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic APIs.
- We do not use your data to train public models.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) is handled by local, quantized models installed alongside the application.
